Retired Men's Association
The Retired Men's Association was established more than 50 years ago.  Currently, there are 250 retired and semi-retired men who are members of the RMA.  Most of the members reside in Greenwich but there are a number of men who reside in nearby communities.

Meetings are held every Wednesday at 10:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church on Lafayette Place-followed by a speaker. Organized trips to various venues are planned throughout the year. Other than golf, RMA Members get together for weekly tennis, bridge and walks.  One of the most important activities of the RMA is volunteerism.  On a yearly basis, members put in 40,000 hours of volunteer work for various community agencies.

The RMA welcomes men interested in joining its ranks.  Contact Mike Ryan at 203-698-0441 or Mike Smith at 203-869-4454.

Tip # 92
Handy Sandy
To many people think that a sand wedge is just for bunker shots. The sand wedge should be used for sand shots as well as most pitch shots to the green. The sand wedge whether a 54-degree or 58-degree has “bounce” on the sole of the club.
